Shipping policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery time: 8–15 business days to Canada and the United States via tracked international shipping.

Free shipping threshold: Free standard shipping on all Canadian.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed within 2–5 business days of dispatch. Track your order at Track My Order or via the carrier's website directly.

Customs & duties (Canada): Orders under C$150 CAD are typically not subject to additional duties under Canada's de minimis threshold. For orders above this amount, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost packages: If your tracked order has not arrived within 20 business days of the dispatch date, contact us at boutique5001@outlook.com. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days — either with a replacement shipment or a full refund.
